Inspired Alchemy with Lizzie
Healing is not linear and because of this, healing and growth can feel very messy. Taking inspired messy action is how we create alchemy in our lives. Inspired Alchemy seeks to show the perfectly imperfect side of healing and how you can find your light in the darkness. Healing can be beautiful, and you can also feel grief simultaneously while you dance in the shadows searching for the light within. Inspired Alchemy is about finding the pieces of you hiding behind doors you are scared to open. You have the key to open the door; are you brave enough to see what is waiting for you behind these doors?
I hope by sharing my story and my thoughts, it will help others on their journey.
I hope you and your shadows can find sanctuary here with me at Inspired Alchemy, while you unbecome everything you aren't to become whole in who you really are.

TRIGGER WARNING
Please always trust yourself.
This episode touches on a heavier experience, but it is shared through the lens of safety, embodiment, and regulation — not shock or detail.
If you choose to listen, you are invited to do so at your own pace. You are welcome to pause, skip sections, or come back another time. Nothing in this episode requires you to relive anything or go deeper than your body is ready for.
The intention of this conversation is to explore how the body holds and releases experiences, how nervous systems move through moments of shock or overwhelm, and how regulation can happen gently, over time, and without force.
This episode is for you if:
you want to understand your body’s responses with more compassion
you’ve ever felt confused by delayed emotional or physical reactions
you’re learning how to listen to your body instead of overriding it
you want reassurance that your pace is valid
There is no instruction here to “fix” yourself.
No demand to heal faster.
No expectation that anything needs to happen while you listen.
This is an episode about trusting your body’s intelligence, honoring your own timing, and remembering that safety, support, and regulation are possible — even after something unsettling.
Simply listening is enough.
This is Inspired Perpetual Alchemy.
With Love,
Lizzie
