Inspired Alchemy with Lizzie
Healing is not linear and because of this, healing and growth can feel very messy. Taking inspired messy action is how we create alchemy in our lives. Inspired Alchemy seeks to show the perfectly imperfect side of healing and how you can find your light in the darkness. Healing can be beautiful, and you can also feel grief simultaneously while you dance in the shadows searching for the light within. Inspired Alchemy is about finding the pieces of you hiding behind doors you are scared to open. You have the key to open the door; are you brave enough to see what is waiting for you behind these doors?
I hope by sharing my story and my thoughts, it will help others on their journey.
I hope you and your shadows can find sanctuary here with me at Inspired Alchemy, while you unbecome everything you aren't to become whole in who you really are.

Episode 38 The Alchemy of Softness
“Softness is not weakness — it’s the courage to stay in your body when the world tells you to leave.”
There’s a side of alchemy that isn’t fire and friction — it’s breath, presence, and the quiet courage of staying open.
In this episode, I share the gratitude I feel for where I am on my journey, for being able to hold space for others even while moving through my own work, and for the gift of feeling soft in my own body and energy.
We talk about nervous system regulation — not as the absence of emotion, but as the ability to have emotions and stay steady within them. I reflect on how this work has allowed me to see my daughter’s growth, to receive support from a friend and practitioner who has shown me a new way of being, and to experience intimacy — with myself, with others — in ways that words can’t fully hold.
This is an episode about:
Gratitude as an alchemical practice
Nervous system regulation as a path to deeper embodiment
Learning vulnerability without collapsing
Seeing self-sabotage patterns and choosing differently
Rewiring the mind to allow more softness
This is the alchemy of choosing presence over protection. The alchemy of staying in your body when it would be easier to leave. The alchemy of softness. This is Inspired Perpetual Alchemy.
Thank you for being here with me and spending your time with me.
With love,
Lizzie
