Episode 22 It Takes Courage

I tried to record this more than once having tech issues with no audio. 

I could have told myself, maybe I am just not meant to put something out but I didn't tell that lie. I kept going. I was also scared to put out an episode today as it has been a wild ride of emotions since I returned from my trip, which I will be doing an episode on my spooky travels since you were interested in it. 

This is what life is. Keeping promises to yourself and moving forward through fear. 

I have mentioned it in past episodes that facing fear may mean caring for your nervous system first. That in itself can feel scary.  I will always advocate for you making sure that you know your limits, you know your anxiety zone and that you know when you are safe to move forward, even if you are scared. This also means resting when you are scared to. 

This episode is me rambling about courage.

We are working hard to bring you the things you want and need and figuring out better ways to serve all of you.
