Inspired Alchemy with Lizzie
Healing is not linear and because of this, healing and growth can feel very messy. Taking inspired messy action is how we create alchemy in our lives. Inspired Alchemy seeks to show the perfectly imperfect side of healing and how you can find your light in the darkness. Healing can be beautiful, and you can also feel grief simultaneously while you dance in the shadows searching for the light within. Inspired Alchemy is about finding the pieces of you hiding behind doors you are scared to open. You have the key to open the door; are you brave enough to see what is waiting for you behind these doors?
I hope by sharing my story and my thoughts, it will help others on their journey.
I hope you and your shadows can find sanctuary here with me at Inspired Alchemy, while you unbecome everything you aren't to become whole in who you really are.

Episode 6: The Shedding
In episode 6 I discuss the process of shedding what no longer serves you and my new snake tattoo. In this description I want to leave a little something about the snake and key I have tattooed.
“The Path of Unlocking and Becoming”
"I stand at the threshold of shadow and flame,
A vessel of mystery, a seeker of name.
Upon my left, the Key does rest—
Guardian of secrets in my chest.
With open palm, I face the night,
To delve within and birth new sight.
Key of the Left, unlock my gate,
To wounds and truths I once did hate.
I honor the dark, I do not flee,
For in my shadow, I find the me
That waits to rise, to be embraced—
Not judged, not shamed, not yet erased.
Upon my right, the Serpent lies,
With burning eyes and ancient ties.
Coiled with wisdom, poised to strike,
It carries death and gives new life.
O Snake of Flame, now move through me,
Transmute this pain to prophecy.
Strike from the root, what once controlled,
And from the ashes, make me whole.
Left I unlock. Right, I become.
Between the two, the work is done.
Solve et Coagula—dissolve, renew—
I walk the path of sacred truth.
This is my rite. This is my seal.
To shadow I bow. To self I heal.
With Key and Serpent, marked in skin—
Let the alchemy begin."
This is a poem was written with Inspired Perpetual Alchemy in mind.
May it serve as a catalyst for your growth.
Keep collecting those keys. Keep shedding. Keep creating Alchemy. I believe in you.
